About This Coffee

Variety: Ethiopian Heirloom

Processing: Washed

Crop Year: 2016

Origin: Sidamo, Ethiopia

Producer: Chire Washing Station

Altitude: 1900m+

These beans have traveled across the Atlantic Ocean from their home in Sidamo, Ethiopia, just to be enjoyed by you! Washed heirloom coffee is a staple of Ethiopian coffee production, and this crop is a great way to start the morning with some rich, hearty flavors! (It's also an equally great way to keep the flavor going all day long). Initially very bright, this coffee presents a delicious peach compote flavor that works well with the heavy body. To level out the sweetness, this coffee carries a crisp, refreshing note similar to fresh bell pepper. It's a puzzling combo, but one that works incredibly well, and we're glad to share it with you!

Chile Ethiopian

Coffee had great flavor, especially if you had something sweet with it, but not one of my favorites. Looking forward to the next shipment. Thanks.

I do not enjoy the sour notes of Ethiopia. Can you please not send it to me again or anything similar.
