Fairly low acidity. Fairly mild flavor of vegetal and stone fruit. The taste of pepper comes through almost from the beginning to the finish. This coffee has a pleasant, interesting mildly floral, fruity aroma, which comes through a bit in the flavor. This was a pleasant coffee that I wouldn't mind drinking daily, and wouldn't mind getting again.
