More please!

This is also another one of my favorites! The whiskey bitters + slight dark chocolate (aka rooibos/nectarine) aroma and taste are wonderful.

Excellent, clean, balanced, very drinkable

I really love Kenyans and this Ugandan Coffee reminds me of them in the best ways: very clean, smooth flavor. The stonefruit notes mentioned above are there, but they are not overpowering. The same with the bitters. This is just a tasty, well-balanced coffee. I really hope we get more from Uganda in the future. Thanks MCC for bringing this one!

Great espresso

Haven’t really had the chance to sit and enjoy this one yet , but the first few shots were very unique. It does not come off as immediately berry forward, sometimes I get hints of like a cinnamon roll on the nose but not the taste. This one has a nice amount of body to it as well.

Exceptional Ethiopian

While I haven't reviewed Moustache coffees for a while, I must comment on this exquisite Kello Haro Sorsa from Ethiopia. It is jam-packed with subtle fruit flavors, deep, clean, complex, and absolutely delicious--a joy to roll around in your mouth. Veteran club members know how great that first brew-from-the-bag is, and this one will knock you over. I used a pour-over this time, but any brewing method will do. In my many years of drinking coffee, this might be the best Ethiopian that I've ever tasted. Bravo Hambela Bedessa, bravo Moustache!

This is an exceptional geisha. Full on floral aroma. A hint of bergamot that keeps linger on. Too bad we have to wait until the next time to get more.

It's geisha and it's delicious

Geishas have a very distinctive aroma and taste. It's very hard to describe the taste, but it's geisha. This coffee is not as strong in the geisha taste, but it is still very delicious. Moustache Coffee introduced me to geishas and this is the kind of coffee that I get a description for.

The answer to boring coffee (ordered 3x!)

I would caution that if you are someone who prefers clean, sweet-washed coffee, El Encanto #3 may not be your 'cup of tea'. However, this coffee is definitely worth trying for those who are open to trying new things and enjoy exploring different flavors. It's a great example of the exciting and ever-evolving world of specialty coffee. Overall, I highly recommend this one to anyone looking for a departure from the usual coffee flavors. It's a coffee that genuinely showcases the artistry and creativity of the roasters and farmers who produce it, and it's an experience that every coffee lover should try at least once.

Superb Coffee

This is quintessential Moustache coffee - complex, delicious, with layers of nuance. Floral and fruity, light acid, but with depth and grounding. This one doesn't float away into the ether. I don't give many perfect scores here, but this one hit all the right notes for me, and I'm loving it.

Perfect match

I’ve come a long way in the last year brewing and tasting coffee at home. But this coffee is the one. Reminds me of Capadocia #1 the fist coffee I got from moustache. This coffee shines in all the areas I personally look for. I find that this coffee got better after about a week of rest. I get alot of mixed nuts, with a really nougat creamy finish Pairs well with oat milk. Great coffee

Interesting

Very juicy , and the acidity that shines through really reminds you of eating an apple. I’ve been using an aero press , I add sugar and oat/ or half n half This made a very unique iced coffee.

Just delicious

This is a dense, mellow, really flavorful coffee -- rich chocolate overtones -- hands down my favorite Mustache Coffee to date. I have also tried Las Mandarinas and La Pastora #8.

Best Mustache Coffee Yet

Coffee from Mustache is consistently good and I don't always take the time to write reviews, but this coffee is AMAZING! I think this might be my favorite coffee yet.

One of my perennial favorites

Whenever Justin's coffee shows up, I'm happy about it. I love his coffees. I do laugh, though, that his last name is always spelled differently every place it shows up on the card. =)

Yummy!

This is delicious full stop. Smooth, sweet, and juicy are good descriptors! The first few days I didn't get much apple, just a little bit in the acidity like the notes suggest, but now the apple is really coming through nicely on the nose, which rounds it out beautifully. The stone fruit is strong, but oddly, I don't get it much on the nose until the coffee is in my mouth - I can still tell it's the smell, but for whatever reason it's much more present for me at that point. I love that stone fruit aroma/sensation and it really sings here with the apple. Very pleasant, enjoyable cup!

Hands down... one of the most stellar TS coffees I've had in a while.

The strawberry aftertaste was predominant, though the bright acidity at the beginning of the taste was like a little flavour explosion of tangy nectarine which just mellowed out into lingering strawberry and maybe honeysuckle.

I was very excited to have this when I saw it on the website. Bomba De Fruta #1 was my favorite and best coffee I’ve ever had in my life and continues to be to this day. This batch was still really good though and for that it deserves all the stars.
