We've been buying coffee from Wilmar Castillo's Vista al bosque (view of the forest) for years now. We've sourced regular single origins directly from him but we've also bought his coffee at auction as a cup of excellence winner. To say he makes good coffee is an understatement. We are delighted to roast this coffee, it's all fruity, sweet with a lovely milk chocolate backbone.

Nice coffee that didn't stand out as much as some others. Was looking for some earthy and fruity notes, which were there. Leans a bit sweet. chocolatey. Nice all-around if not my favorite so far.
