Welcome to Moustache Coffee Club. By using our website and subscribing to our coffee delivery service, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Moustache Coffee Club is operated by Moustache Coffee Club LLC. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Moustache Coffee Club LLC. When we say "you" or "your," we mean you, the customer.

Subscription Terms

Billing

Your subscription will be billed automatically according to your chosen frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). We charge your payment method on file before each shipment.

Billing occurs on Sunday evenings (Eastern Time) for shipments going out the following week. You can make changes to your subscription up until the billing cutoff time shown in your account dashboard.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change. If we change our prices, we'll give you at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect on your subscription. You can cancel at any time if you don't agree with the new pricing.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and you won't be charged for any future shipments. We don't offer refunds for shipments that have already been processed or shipped.

We stand behind our coffee. If you're not completely satisfied with your first bag, we'll refund double your purchase price. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first shipment only. To claim this guarantee, contact us within 30 days of receiving your first order.

For subsequent orders, if there's an issue with your coffee (damaged packaging, quality concerns, etc.), please contact us and we'll make it right—either with a replacement or a refund for that shipment.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all subscription orders within the United States. International shipping is available for an additional fee, which will be displayed during checkout.

We ship via USPS. Most domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

It's your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual color or appearance of our products.

Coffee is an agricultural product and flavors can vary between harvests. While we strive for consistency, natural variations may occur.

Our coffee contains caffeine (except for decaf options). If you have any health concerns related to caffeine consumption, please consult with a healthcare professional.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep this information updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate information.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Moustache Coffee Club LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moustache Coffee Club LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
