Danche is a structured and sweet coffee with the counterpoint of delicate florals that add complexity to this lot.
This coffee comes from Danche is a washing station located in Chelbesa, Gedeo. The station buy cherries from 400 farmers* who produce good yields thanks to fertile soil and good farming methods coupled with some crazy altitude (1.4 miles up for all you non-metric folks).

Well balanced and dense
This is one of my favorite beans I've had. Not too bright, not too boring -just right. I hope to see it in the rotation more!
