This week, our coffee is brought to you by teamwork. In the Aroresa area of Ethiopia, almost everybody has at least a couple coffee plants on their land. Together, all these small holders (land less than 2 hectares) pool their beans together for processing at the local washing station. The native Ethiopian Heirloom varietals are known for their full flavor and sweet finish, which are two things we're always looking for at Moustache HQ. When we got a taste of these beans, we knew we had something special on our hands. Enjoy!
