Coffee coming out of the Guji zone in Ethiopia is bound to be good. The people there have been brewing coffee for centuries, but even among Guji coffee, these beans stand out for their sweetness. Bright berry notes lead off the flavor profile, with a silky body that stays sweet and finishes on notes of plum and agave. Light and flavorful, this coffee is perfect for kicking off an early morning, or shaking off a long day at work. We love it, and we think you will too.
But don’t just take our word for it! If you’ve found the perfect set-up to brew this coffee, or want to join us in reveling in this coffee’s deliciousness, say so in the comment section below. We’d love to hear what you think, and see how club members enjoy this week’s stellar Guji Uraga.

Great coffee
As someone who can't get freshly roasted coffee very easily, I love the Club. This Ethiopian coffee is delicious, but par for the course with Moustache. If you love light roasts, this is the place for you.
