This beautiful fresh crop heirloom coffee is another delicious offering from Nordic Approach. This sweet and balanced coffee comes from Mohammed and Mehbuba Lalo's impressive farm in the Jimma zone of Ethiopia. Most independent farms in Ethiopia don't have the scale or facilities to keep lots separate once picked, but the Lalo farm has sufficient dry beds and milling facilities to maintain the separation of the coffees from picking through processing. This means the coffees don't mix at any point, resulting in flavors unique to each lot. Mr Lalo's investment and diligence comes through in the tart apple sweetness and black tea notes that shine through every sip. This is an exceptional coffee that we're honored to be sending your way!
