Small-holders from around the village of Torea in Ethiopia brought together their smaller crops for processing, and the result is a tasty cup of coffee unique to this region. Composed of Ethiopian Heirloom varietals, this coffee owes its rich flavor to generations of meticulously tended coffee plants. In traditional Yirgacheffe style, this coffee is bursting with stone fruit and nectarine flavors, the sort of sweetness you've come to expect from specialty coffee. There's also a splash of ripe tomato flavor that adds some earthiness and weight to the final taste in the cup. We think this coffee is really special, and we're glad to share it with you!
