Our founder used his PhD in Computer Science to design an artificial intelligence that selects the best coffee for each member based on their history. The AI reads feedback and references other club members' notes to create a personalized taste profile that gets smarter with every coffee you receive.

We tasted a strong citrus/acidic flavor. It had a hint of brown sugar scent. We followed the recommended French press instructions for Moustache coffee, although we used 50g of coffee vs 64g. Tomorrow we will use 64g to see the difference. It was not my favorite coffee. I selected this one because of the honey, but I typically have not liked Columbian coffee from the grocery store. I tend to prefer coffees from African areas and find the flavor more pleasing.

My family liked it. I thought that it was ok if made a bit lighter, but it seemed that the orange took over if made a bit stronger, making it just a bit much. I did have a cold, which did affect my taste, I think!
