This washed Peruvian coffee comes from CENFROCAFE, a cooperative founded in 1999 in Tabaconas, Cajamarca. Its producer network spans Jaén, San Ignacio and Bagua in northern Peru.
The cooperative supports smallholder growers with collection centers, quality laboratories and milling facilities. This lot was purchased through Trabocca as NOP-certified organic green coffee.
