Delicious

Sweet and creamy with just a touch of acid, Suke Quto is tremendous. Soft, smooth mouthfeel that rounds out into a long, sweet finish. Exceptionally well-balanced and structured. Tremendous coffee.

I got pretty weak brews from this one until I realized I could do something about it by grinding it finer. With a finer grind than I normally use the result was a fuller body and more flavors. I still didn't love the result -- I prefer the richer stuff of the Americas -- but it at least let me see why this was another interesting club selection. I wish I made the adjustment earlier though...
