Suke Quto Washed

Suke Quto — Ethiopia, Guji

From the Shakisso area of Guji, this washed lot comes from Tesfaye Bekele's Suke Quto farm, grown at elevations between 1,800 and 2,200 meters with Kurume and Welicho varieties. Trabocca sources this coffee, and it's certified NOP organic.

We've loved Suke Quto here at Moustache Coffee Club before — their natural process won us over with its lychee and vanilla brightness. This washed version shows a completely different, equally compelling side of the farm. In the cup, expect herbal and black tea character with a lovely depth of plum and almond.

Clean, grounded, and quietly complex — a coffee that rewards a slow morning.
