Description: Black Condor is a top-tier coffee born from the heart of Planadas, Tolima — a region celebrated for its coffee heritage and resilient communities. This coffee delivers a smooth body with layered sweetness, featuring almond and caramel notes, bright bursts of red fruits, and a gentle panela finish. Each cup evolves beautifully as it cools, revealing its depth and harmony. Grown in collaboration with the Black Condor Project, which supports local farmers affected by conflict, the coffee is produced with meticulous care: after 24 hours of mucilage fermentation, the beans dry slowly on patios for 15–25 days. Stabilization and milling preserve their consistent, vibrant profile, highlighting both craftsmanship and community.
