Cartago Pink

Pink Bourbon is really having a moment in Colombia. The last time I visited everyone was planting a portion of their farm in Pink Bourbon. It's very easy to see why. With lovely juiciness and the floral qualities of Gesha without the trouble growing and low yields it's a win win for everyone. I really love the delicate juiciness of a nice pink bourbon and this coffee is a perfect example.
