Pan de azúcar is a farm in a village of the same name farmed by Orlando Beltran. Located in Garzon, Huila it is smack dab in the middle of specialty coffee production in Colombia. This flavor profile is one of my favorites from Colombia. Juicy as all get out with a solid citrus finish. Sweet and lovely, it's a simple pleasure but delightful.
We are getting juicy peach and peach tea with a citrus finish. Enjoy!
