This decaf comes from Red & Yellow Caturra grown by Elias & Shady Bayter at the renowned El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima. Naturally processed and crafted with a playful touch of innovation, it delivers a vibrant cup packed with tropical character.

Expect a lively mix of passion fruit, bright citrus, strawberry, cacao, coconut, honey, and tropical fruit notes—a surprisingly expressive profile for a decaf, thanks to a meticulous 48–60 hour anaerobic fermentation and careful multi-stage drying.

The final step is Colombia’s signature sugarcane EA decaf process, which gently removes the caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural sweetness and complexity. The result? A decaf that tastes anything but decaf: juicy, sweet, and endlessly sippable.
