Description: We're excited to bring you something special with this lot of Tabi, a relatively new varietal introduced in 2002. Developed as a disease-resistant cross of Bourbon, Typica, and Timor Hybrid, Tabi was designed for resilience—but what really caught our attention is its cup quality. Instead of blending this coffee into a broader lot, we've focused in on the varietal itself. This offering comes from a small group of farmers who are cultivating Tabi with care, and it shows. The result is a unique expression of a promising cultivar that’s rarely showcased on its own. Expect clean, complex flavors with a depth that makes this coffee truly memorable. We're proud to highlight the potential of Tabi—and stoked to share it with the club.
