Here at MCC we love bringing our members interesting tasty coffees but we only do it when we know we have a super high quality coffee. Vietnam is one of the largest coffee producers in the world (2nd after Brazil) but the focus is usually on lower quality arabica and robusta coffee. When we came across this coffee though for the classic lineup it really fit the bill. It's a high quality arabica varietal that has been processed to specialty levels including hand picking only ripe cherries and fast processing at the mills. The result is a coffee that shows that Vietnam has a lot to offer to the specialty coffee world and we are delighted to showcase it here.
This coffee has a hint of lime and then lots of chocolate and nutty flavors with a nice sweetness, enjoy!
