Whenever you see a coffee from the Narino department of Colombia, the odds are that it's going to be a good cup. We test a lot of them, and it usually holds true. Every once in a while however, we stumble upon a truly archetypal Narino coffee. One that embodies everything that Narino coffee is known for: bright acidity, abundant fruit flavors, sugary sweetness. Amador is one such coffee. These washed Caturra and Colombia beans produce an amazingly well-defined watermelon note, accompanied by a fittingly juicy body. A few more tropical fruit flavors arise throughout the brewing process, giving the cup a brightness and sweetness that exceeds our already high expectations for Narino coffee. It's sweet and sharp in equal measure, creating a taste profile of unmistakable quality and substance that you'll remember.
