This tart and tasty coffee comes from Peru, which might not be a place you often see when it comes to specialty coffee. Peru has some great coffee-growing conditions in the high altitudes, but often farmers only hold a few acres of land and lack the distribution framework to produce coffee at scale. Cenfrocafe, a coffee cooperative out of Cajamarca, solves this problem by bringing together the region's best small-holders to process and ship their beans. This means you're getting a sampling of the top Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica varietals that Peru has to offer, and it sure does deliver. Sharp fruity flavors with an up-front acidity, this coffee is the perfect pick-me-up!

Too Mild and Tart aftertaste for us
We are use to bold dark coffee along the line of Espresso strength that is strong but not acid. The lemony aftertaste is not our favorite.
