This tart and tasty coffee comes from Peru, which might not be a place you often see when it comes to specialty coffee. Peru has some great coffee-growing conditions in the high altitudes, but often farmers only hold a few acres of land and lack the distribution framework to produce coffee at scale. Cenfrocafe, a coffee cooperative out of Cajamarca, solves this problem by bringing together the region's best small-holders to process and ship their beans. This means you're getting a sampling of the top Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica varietals that Peru has to offer, and it sure does deliver.
