I was never that into Columbians, but Mustache is quickly turning me into a devotee.
This is a wonderfully fragrant, well-balanced cup. The cane sugar just jumps off it as does a rich floral-tropical blend that seems like, as the club description suggests, lavender and mango. The mango really stands out, however, on tasting the coffee, as does a luscious juiciness that reminds me of stonefruit - not so much in flavor as in mouthfeel. It’s a delightful cup.
