Description:
A beautifully expressive coffee from Ethiopia’s Gesha region. This lot highlights the elegance of Gori Gesha and Gesha 1931 varieties, processed with a 96-hour carbonic maceration that amplifies fruit character while maintaining balance.
Expect layered notes of raspberry jam and fruit leather up front, supported by apricot sweetness and a refined black tea finish. The result is a cup that is vibrant, structured, and memorable — a great showcase of both variety and careful processing.

This is definitely one of the better coffees I've had - strong flavor of black tea and tannins that strengthens as it cools, unadulterated due to the natural / carbonic process, with a hint of dried fruit
