This is a crisp, zesty coffee that's sure to make an impression! Grown on Finca La Estancia in Nicaragua, a lot of work goes into making sure these beans are at the peak of flavor. A mix of Catuai and delicate Caturra beans, the farmers have to take extra care to make sure that their Caturra coffee plants are pest free and healthy. Why go through the extra effort to grow Caturra plants in Nicaragua? Take a sip. This cup has a juicy citrus acidity that claims most of the profile, with just enough of a dried fruit note to add a bit of sharpness to the brew. We also think there's a distinctly savory quality to this coffee, a bit of weight and presence that we're really into. Drink up!
