I tried brewing 3 ways - french press, pour over and aeropress, and I found the aeropress to pull the most flavorful cup. This way pulled the spice and nutmeg to the front with a hint of perfume and lemon.
When brewing via pour over, it came out light in flavor and that was adding a higher ratio of grounds.
I'd gladly brew this coffee again.
