Meet our latest Tasting Series coffee, a wild, summery Pink Borbon that tastes like a beach vacation. Think coconut, lemonade, citrus, tropical fruits, and a creamy texture that makes every sip feel indulgent. It’s bright, tropical, and just the right kind of weird — the kind of coffee that makes you grin halfway through the first cup.



The magic starts with ripe Pink Borbon cherries, co-fermented anaerobically for 144 hours with yeast and coconut. After that, the coffee is sun-dried with lemon peel for 30 days, layering in zesty, citrus complexity. A final 45-day rest in GrainPro bags lets the flavors settle into that smooth, coconut-cream finish.

Natural COCONUT beans. Yes please. The Best.

I smelled coconut as soon as the box arrived. My better half didn’t get as much coconut smell of the beans but the next morning she was a big fan. What a treat. Our favorite TS for now.
