All our coffee is roasted and shipped on the same day. In fact, our coffee arrives so quickly after roasting that we label our bags with a "drink after" date so that the beans can finish resting. Can't get much fresher than that.

We are particular about brewing our coffee, but I was pleasantly surprised when THIS batch tasted much smoother, with less of a bitter citrus edge to it.

This coffee is crisp and inviting with the citrus honey flavor standing out most for me. This is a comforting start to the day. I gave it 4 stars because it is a bit light for me. I would enjoy a darker roast better. I've been adding espresso to deepen the roast to my taste, but flavor wise it deserves 5 stars.

Good coffee, if a bit difficult to pin down
I've brewed this coffee a couple of different ways, and AeroPress brought out some of the more interesting flavors. Unlike the notes on the box, I get more vegetal flavors with a bit of citrus and tartness up front, some nice funk after, and lingering sweetness. Good coffee, enjoyable, if not super memorable.
